Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Any preorders or backorders will be sent once goods have been received.  Please ensure you include your email address upon signup to allow updates on your purchase

Domestic Shipping Rates

All Shipping is calculated based on size and weight by Australia Post of the items in your shopping cart.  The shipping price will be shown prior to finalising the checkout process to allow you to decide if you wish to proceed.  

Local pickup

We do offer local pickup.  Contact us to arrange collection at a mutual time, allow time to fulfill your order.

Deliveries are made from [delivery hours] on [available days]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, which will be calculated automatically via Australia Post when checking out. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monkey Bike World Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available via the carrier. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@monkeybikeworld.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Majority of our orders are shipped via Australia Post, which will obviously deliver to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All returns must be approved and quote a Return Authority number on the packaging.  

You must contact us within 7 days after delivery, to advise of reason of return.  The item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not knowingly sell faulty items, should an item be installed and found to be faulty.  The item will need to be returned to be assessed and to allow us to contact the manufacturer for a replacement or refund.  Monkey Bike World Pty Ltd is not responsible for any installation or removal costs of faulty items.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@monkeybikeworld.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
